Reflexology (HS)
Reflexology is the practice of using the reflex points in the feet or hands to try and bring about homeostasis (or balance) in the clients body. As with other complementary therapies, it is about treating the whole body rather than a specific area or ailment by the application of pressure from the thumbs and fingers working over the foot or hand. |

Swedish Massage (HS)
Massage is a great way to relax and rid your body of all of those knots, aches, pains and tensions we all have and hold. A full body massage will go top to toe, moving from your back to your legs and feet then up to your arms, chest, shoulders and finally your neck and face. Here at Gentlehands we recognise that not everyone enjoys a full body massage, for that reason you can choose from; full body; back & shoulders; lower limb; upper limb treatment. All of these options will include a foot and face massage unless you specify otherwise. |

Indian Head Massage
Indian head massage is based on the ayurvedic system of healing which has been practiced in India for over a thousand years. The aim of Indian head massage is to release the stress that has accumulated in the tissues, muscles and joints of the head, face, neck and shoulders. It is also a great way to stimulate blood circulation into the scalp revitalising hair. |

Stress Relieving Back, Neck & Shoulder Massage (HS)
Most of us hold all our stress and tension through out neck and shoulders which can play havoc with our posture, creating headaches and making us feel at odds with ourselves. Feel relaxed again with our Stress Busting massage concentrating solely on those areas which give us most pain.
As an optional extra you could add in a face massage to this offer to help sooth away headaches and get you ready for a good nights sleep. (Additional £5.00 when taken with this treatment) |
